Vivanta the best highly recommended
Their was a problem in the water supply at the island so we check in at 7:45 pm instead of 2:00 pm SO WE HAD TO MAKE AROUND IN THE CITY WITH OUR LUGGAGE FOR FIVE HOURS till the problem was solved , the offers us to change the hotel but because it was a lower rated hotel so we didn't agree and insisted to stay in same hotel and it was a very good idea, the hotel was magnificent astonishing excellent vie and Grotius location we had a good luck because we didn't change the hotel. i was very thankful for the stuff and the chef and Mr Abdelrahman from the lobby and every one, the stuff was very friendly and the food was excellent and very tasty we had a grate experience with our stay in that hotel i highly recommend

Relaxing stay at Vivanta Rebak
We had a nice and relaxing stay at Vivanta Rebak. The rooms are ok but some things are run down, like painting in the bathroom peeling, bathroom clothesline missing. The outside shower did not seemed properly cleaned, there were napkins lying on the floor. But regardless those teething issues everything seem well maintained in the rooms. The housekeeping was good however I had to call one day when went for a morning trip, came back at 2 pm and the room was not done. I did not understand if it was an error or was this process expected after 2 pm. We were very happy with the food, the variety was excellent and everything was delicious. We are early risers and sometime took maybe 20 mins to get the butter out or knife for the bread so maybe more attention when opening the buffet at breakfast that everything is on place on time. The public areas are beautiful and very well maintained. The bars in the pool and by the beach were nice, the cocktails were excellent. The Spa was very nice, seems that there were some sections behind the spa, perhaps for treatment (bathtub and outside shower) that look really run down. We tried to use the oval on the last day after check out and we asked for extra chairs as we were 4 persons to have a work meeting and the person at the reception said it was not possible because it would be busy, even if nobody was in the oval. If it is not meant to be used, then perhaps should not be included in the brochure.
