The pine forests of the region are echoed in the hotels vertical linear elements while Meghalaya’s rolling hills are reflected in the central atrium’s screen design. A glass pyramid crowns the atrium creating a window to misty mornings and starry, starry nights.
The plush carpets that connect the rooms evoke a walk across the green hills of Shillong. The cloudy skies of Meghalaya, on the other hand, are mirrored in the water drop swirls of the carpets in the ballroom and the cloud-shaped decorative lights that sparkle like stars in the sky, adding an ethereal touch.
