Vivanta Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield

Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield

Located at the entrance of the International Tech Park in Bengaluru, 45 kilometres from the airport, Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield is a contemporary hotel that ushers global jet-setters into a dynamic lifestyle at the heart of India’s technology capital. Our multiple award-winning design is futuristic and playful, a seamless union of nature and technology that is immediately seen in the striking green-blue, steel-and-glass, chequered facade which ‘blinkers’ (changing colour and texture), literally and figuratively mirroring the digital universe that surrounds us. The hotel building is conceived as a ‘landscraper’; a green-roofed promenade swoops up in a mathematically-inspired Möbius curve (infinite loop) and sweeps across the dynamic and inviting public spaces, blurring the distinction between architecture and landscape. 199 urbane rooms and suites - designed for discerning business travellers to work, play and unwind – appear to hover upon the green curve, as if suspended between the earth and sky. A lightness of being – reflected in an inclusive environment that encourages everyone to push the creative envelope – pervades Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield. Soak in the serenity of the vertical garden by the lobby and the swimming pool, seek gastronomic adventures at our themed restaurants, party with Bengaluru’s swish set at Tease - the high-octane lounge bar – work up a sweat at our 24/7 Fitness Centre and badminton court, and rejuvenate at the award-winning Jiva Spa and salon; there’s always an exceptional experience round the curve when you’re at the epicentre of the Garden City’s most innovative community.

Great staff, but old and tired hotel rooms
Exceptional service by Akshay and Himadri. Really appreciate the upgrade to the suite. The rooms and bathrooms are tired and old

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much.
A couple of areas to think about for the future: - I found the temperature on the corridor at 3rd floor -where I was staying at- low. Stepping out of the warm/pleasant temperatured elevator, the corridor felt cold all the time. - There were dishes on the corridor all night long from in-room dining of the guests. This should have been cleaned through the night already and not awaiting the overall room-cleaning in the morning. - The check-out protocol was unclear to me as for timing, billing and in general. The communication regarding it can be improved. - It was strange to me to see the meat containing bones in the chicken meals. Also as I don't like chicken legs, but chicken breast only, it would be better to disclose on the menu only, whether the chicken dishes are made of legs or breasts. Also being unsure about whether it also contains bones, I was basically avoiding chicken meals.
