After a day of negotiations and hours spent in boardrooms, Hinjawadi’s IT professionals look forward to the starry skies, moonlit glamour, cool breeze and brilliant company at Vandaag. The bird’s eye view of Pune’s IT hub is sensational with the eye going as far as the Pune-Mumbai expressway. Comfortable tables and lush couches invite guests to settle down in cosy groups to enjoy the music and natural lighting. The chic white and blue colour scheme is broken by bright spots of greenery. If you’re entertaining a large group, there are many large cabanas where you can have great conversations over single malts, international spirits, beers, wines and many variations of cocktails that range from classics to a tribute to National Highway 48 from Mumbai to Goa. The NH48 cocktails are named after major cities along this route, using ingredients grown in that destination, like the mango and vodka-based Mastani from Pune and the vodka-guava-chilli Kolhapuri. Pair your drinks with standouts from the global cuisine menu – which also features traditional bar snacks that use local ingredients – and you’re all set for a night of refined partying. Whether you’re entertaining important clients or partying with friends, Vandaag is the place to be seen at.
