Flavour-packed curries – the fiery chicken ghee roast, creamy kori gassi (eaten with rice crisps) and tangy bangude (mackerel) pulimunchi – are served with plump kappa roti /appam and exquisite, lace-like neer dosa, accompanied by masala/rawa-fried seer fish and kane (lady fish) fry.
