The weekend buffets /Sunday brunches at Mynt are a feast for the senses, popular in the city for a warm, lively atmosphere and  spectacular multi-cuisine spreads. Our team of experienced chefs are renowned for authentic Mangalorean delicacies. The local cuisine - inspired by the kitchens of various communities – has a worldwide cult following. Guests can’t get enough of street-style snacks like goli bajji and Mangalore buns with the legendary filter coffee. Flavour-packed curries – the fiery chicken ghee roast, creamy kori gassi (eaten with rice crisps) and tangy bangude (mackerel) pulimunchi – are served with plump kappa roti /appam and exquisite, lace-like neer dosa, accompanied by masala/rawa-fried seer fish and kane (lady fish) fry.
