Our Executive Chef Mr. Sudhin Gaikwad is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Mumbai (1998 pass out). His academic achievements include a degree in The Science of Gastronomy from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and F&B Management from University of Bocconi in Milan, Italy along with diplomas in Nutrition and Keto Dietary Advisor from Fab academy fabulous body inc. California, US.
His passion for culinary world and his unwavering commitment to quality and innovation has not only solidified his position as a renowned chef but also an effective leader by fostering a collaborative and supportive kitchen environment. Chef was also involved in the management related activities for preopening of ama stay and Trials, Alibar, Mumbai. His expertise includes Mediterranean, north Indian, south Indian along with European and continental cuisine.
