Jammu is home to the plumpest Rajma and the longest grains of Basmati. And the Rajma Chawal served at Mynt is a celebration of this wonderful produce. Our expert Kashmiri Chef also conjures up other regional classics like Tabak Maaz (steamed mutton ribs), Gushtaba (Kashmiri meatball curry), Waze Kokur (a spicy chicken dish), Dum Aloo, Kaladi Rolls (Kaladi is a local version of paneer) and Nadru Choorma (crisp lotus stem fritters).

Mynt also serves bright, wholesome, breakfast buffets; hearty Indian bites like Amritsari Fish Tikka; International favourites like burgers and Thai Curries and even a special kids menu for our youngest gourmets.

An Efficacious Executive chef with over 26 years of professional experience in leading different kitchens while working with the leading Indian Chain of Hotels including the world-famous Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Our Executive Chef Mr. Sudhin Gaikwad is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Mumbai (1998 pass out). His academic achievements include a degree in The Science of Gastronomy from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and F&B Management from University of Bocconi in Milan, Italy along with diplomas in Nutrition and Keto Dietary Advisor from Fab academy fabulous body inc. California, US.

His passion for culinary world and his unwavering commitment to quality and innovation has not only solidified his position as a renowned chef but also an effective leader by fostering a collaborative and supportive kitchen environment. Chef was also involved in the management related activities for preopening of ama stay and Trials, Alibar, Mumbai. His expertise includes Mediterranean, north Indian, south Indian along with European and continental cuisine.  Vivanta City Centre Jammu is honored and feel delighted to have his passion for culinary and management expertise leading our Kitchen team.
