Daily breakfast buffets pull out all the stops with Indian/Asian/Continental spreads including live stations whipping up eggs to order, hot dosas, pancakes, waffles and more. A special Wellness Breakfast loaded with fruit, buttermilk, egg white omelettes and a Power Bowl Salad (quinoa and cucumber with assorted greens) cater to the requirements of serious trekkers and fitness professionals. Lunch and dinner at Mynt are equally decadent, offering authentic North Indian dishes, Italian classics and Middle Eastern mezze platters. Our Nepali capsule menu features the region’ breakout hits – momos (steamed meat dumplings) and the beloved Wai Wai Noodles – as well as rustic chicken curries and vegetables made with locally-sourced produce bursting with the crackling fresh flavour of the mountains. Glass walls on all sides of Mynt separate the restaurant from a wraparound al fresco area which hosts a scrumptious Afternoon Tea and sparkling champagne soirees with live music.
