Tourism Sustainability Development Fund
Tourism Sustainability Development Fund — Government of Sikkim
To support sustainable tourism, cultural preservation, infrastructure development, and capacity building, the Government of Sikkim has introduced a ₹50 per tourist TSD Fund.
- Applicable: All tourists staying in Sikkim
- Fee: ₹50 per tourist per stay (Payable again if not paid earlier or on re-entry within 30 days)
- Collection: Collected at the time of check-in and remitted to the Tourism Department
- Compliance: Guest details must be uploaded on the Government application
- Exemptions: Children below 5 years, government employees on duty, and local residents (with valid ID or office order)
